Kellie Pickler may have gained fame after appearing on American Idol, but that doesn't mean she's become a diva.

"I have a team of highly-trained professionals that get me ready because I can’t do it on my own," she told OK! magazine in an interview.

"When I’m out on tour, I usually just do it myself but for TV and photo shoots I usually have people that help get me ready because it’s so stressful anyways."

And the "Red High Heels" singer admits that she's not into all that girly stuff anyway.

"I hate wearing makeup anyway – I don’t ever wear it unless I have to."

She also opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend, musician Kyle Jacobs.

"When I come in off the road, I like to crash and be a bum and sit at home on the couch and just talk," she told the magazine. "We don’t really have to be doing anything. We usually just enjoy each other’s company and make each other laugh."

American Idol winner Ruben Studdard has been ordered to pay back almost $200,000 to the U.S. government.

According to court records, tax liens have been filed on the singer's properties for unpaid federal and local taxes.

The majority of Studdard's failed payments date back to 2003, when the star won $1 million on the reality show competition.

American Idol star Jordin Sparks was surprised to win the TV talent contest - because she was distracted by judge Simon Cowell's good looks.

The singer won the reality TV show last year and has since dominated the international charts with her hit "No Air."

But the 18-year-old was shocked to win the contest - because Cowell made her go weak at the knees.

She says, "I did have a crush on Simon before going on the show. He doesn't care about hurting people's feelings and doesn't hold back with that he says. For some reason, that's so attractive."
